A group of enthusiastic young doctors and prospective doctors formed a medical team and rushed to a village where the epidemic was spreading late at night. This group of young people settled in an old castle in the local area, but to their surprise, there was something even more frightening than the plague - rumors. There is a legend that ghosts haunt here. It is said that a black ghost often haunts in the middle of the night, eating human flesh and drinking human blood. These young people certainly don't take this nonsense to heart, especially psychologist Jiang Hongwu (Nie Yuan), who believes that ghosts and gods are all human psychological fantasies. However, villagers have fallen one by one, and even some of these doctors have actually seen"ghosts". Is there really a cannibal ghost wandering in the village?
